Born from the passion of culinary art, and a deep appreciation of the rich diversity of regional Indian cuisine, we set out to bring a piece of vibrant Indian culture to Australia with a gourmet experience that amalgamates traditional Indian classics, with contemporary presentations and culinary styles. With over seventeen years of experience in the hospitality industry, our master chef, Jagjit Sandhu, and his sous chefs prepare each dish with the finest and freshest ingredients, all while championing the best produce Queensland has to offer.
